# Introduction

Overview of bluFin360 APIs and how the docs are organized.

bluFin360 provides APIs for verification workflows used in onboarding, bank verification and compliance.

You’ll typically:

1. Authenticate using the Merchant Login API.
2. Call a verification API (bank, identity, or business).
3. Store the reference ID and verification result for audits.
4. Send payouts to any beneficiary via IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI in real time.
5. Generate UPI intent links, QR codes, or intent data to collect payments from payers.
6. Poll the current state of any fund transfer or collection using your merchant reference ID.
7. Sync and retrieve the live available balance of your merchant account.
8. Initiate full or partial refunds against successful collection transactions.
9. Receive real-time webhook notifications when a transaction reaches a terminal state.
